Brian Mallonee is an extraordinary attorney. Hopefully I will never need to hire a criminal defense attorney again, but if I do it will be Brian Mallonee. After I was wrongfully accused and arrested for DUI, Brian was the first call I made and it’s a decision I will never regret. From the beginning Brian was very clear about all the potential outcomes and explained in detail how we would build my defense to increase my odds of a favorable outcome. He immediately recognized how improper my arrest was. Brian and his assistant Lerin were so amazing and kept me up to date on everything happening with my case, and always answered my numerous emails and questions in a timely manner if not immediately. Most first time DUI’s are pleaded down to reckless driving but for some reason mine was not. We went to jury trial. Huge mistake by the prosecutor. Ultimately prosecution was averted due to case facts presented by Brian and his courtroom prowess. I was acquitted of all charges and it is all thanks to Brian Mallonee and his team! Not only did he represent me in the criminal court case but also in in the DMV hearing regarding the suspended driver license since I refused to blow and requested a formal review. I now have my driver license and there is no refusal to blow on my record. I really cannot thank Brian Mallonee and his team or recommend them enough for their extreme professionalism and amazing help during a very trying time in my life. I had a self-defense case go haywire that could have cost me my freedom and my right to vote, along with losing years of my life being incarcerated, so I am 100% glad I chose the Law Offices of Brian Mallonee! I say “law offices,” because not only was Brian a superstar lawyer who knows the system’s ups and downs, the players, the laws, and the caveats, he did it all while keeping me calm and totally controlling the situation. While doing all that, we got the work done that was needed, the paperwork filed, and the outcome we were looking for. You might purchase generic food from Wal-Mart (as I do –love the Great Value brand), but when it comes to your freedom, you’d better make certain you have the best, and these guys are it! Brian and Cassandra are such a great team. They helped me get my past mistakes taken care of . Cassandra was incredibly easy to talk to and deal with. I’m in Pennsylvania and they handled everything for me without me even having to come to Florida. I am so grateful for everything they have done for me.
