I got a $500 speeding ticket in Florida for doing over 100mph in a 75mph. (Not one of my best accomplishments I know) I don’t think I was going over 100 but then again I was driving from Florida straight to NY and I was going to be late for work. This was my first ticket ever and I just had my license for almost 4 months now. Living in NY it would be difficult to fly back to Florida for court for a speeding ticket so I searched the web for a lawyer close by to the area. God blessed me with finding Stephanie! She handled EVERYTHING for me and I never even had to meet her in person. We communicated by phone and email only. Her price was super affordable and she got me off with no points! Just a small fine and 4 hr traffic school. It was worth it to hire her to prevent getting points on my license rather than just pay the $500 ticket and risk my insurance rate going up. Stephanie McEnery was more helpful to me in 15 minutes than most attorneys were to me in 30 minutes. I had a traffic violation that required some finesse that I didn't quite understand the legal terms and procedures in my case. Rather than take my money and run with what ended up being more simple than I thought, Stephanie took the time to break down what the situation meant, what could happen and what she/I should do. She was super helpful and turns out was on point with what needed to be done. I wish more people were as compassionate as her. The fact that she took the time out to speak with me, break things down in layman's terms and made it make sense, meant a lot to me!

I worked alongside Stephanie McEnery for almost a full year working on my case. It was amidst Covid so the courts closed and dragged everything out. Stephanie was amazing and extremely helpful the entire way. She put up with a years worth of questions from me and was patient and explained every single thing. Stephanie was always responsive to all of my questions and was always available if I needed to speak with her. She is very well educated and did a superb job. I met Ms. Stephanie McEnery at a pre-trial conference that I attended pro se'. With my case I pretty confident that I could prevail on my own, but I did have a few questions that I needed to have clarified. That's when I asked Ms. McEnery for clarification, the energy and vibe was very welcoming from the beginning when I began talking to Stephanie. She did not seem in her tone or body language that I was bothering her or that she was too busy to speak with me.
