More than just reviewing our will, they advised on the best way to handle the Durable Power of Attorney, Health Care Surrogate, and other accompanying documents that can be as important as the contents of the will itself. My mom is 84 years old and beginning to decline with Dementia. My dad was also retired military and she receives his military pension . Our goal was to protect her assets as much as possible for her future care needs. We met with Joanie Rodriguez and she was able to do that and more, setting things up so that my mom could get additional benefits from the VA due to my dads military service during war time.
