We have been 100% satisfied with Paul and his services. The entire process was explained in detail and the staff was great to work with. The unfortunate circumstance of a car wreck with a totaled car and minor injuries was made much better with the assurance we had in this firm. The communication between us, the insurance companies, and the firm was constant and we were not bothered with having to handle all the confusing details, they did an excellent job!
