Mr. Lupella is a veteran in and out of the court room. He has over 15 years of experience dealing in criminal law and is very knowledgeable in regard to the processes and steps involved. Mr. Lupella and his staff are very professional, helpful, straight forward and I would highly recommend his services whether you are local or live out of state.

Called and asked if they did pro bono work cause there are some good lawyers that actually care and he said " that's what public defenders are for" no! Public defenders lose your cases and violate rights like the one did to my family sentenced him while incompetent thats against his rights . So do not even go for this one ..hes rude

Mr. Lupella will work hard to get you the results you deserve. Him and his assistant Judy are very pleasant people to talk to who consistently updated me as the case moved forward and were able to properly explain in terms I could understand. I never had to play phone tag and I feel he genuinely cares about the outcome of your case. I highly recommend his services.

Mr. Lupella is a top-notch attorney and very thorough. His staff including Judy is excellent in communicating and helping us understand the process. I didn't ever feel the need to follow up knowing once things moved forward , they would keep us in the loop. Every question we had they answered promptly and very professionally. We don't know all the laws and he explained it all at all times when we were concerned. We would definitely recommend Mr. Lupella if anyone I know needs a great attorney.
