Good job. Recommended!

I cut off on the highway which resulted in a major motorcycle accident and unfortunately there no witnesses. As such, the guy at fault's insurance wasn't gonna cover anything and I only had liability. Paul Brannon was able to pull a major win on my behalf resulting in a $25,0000 payout. I was very happy because I wasn't very confident anything would come out of the whole situation. I highly recommend this team as they will consistently follow up with you on what is going on. This team only gets paid if they win and they will fight for you.

Being in a car crash is awful! Especially when you are the innocent party. My wife and I were on our way home when another SUV crossed the median and struck our vehicle head-on. The experience is freighting and disorienting enough but dealing with everything after is almost as bad. After a visit to the ER, we reached out to Brannon & Brannon at the recommendation of a friend. I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver which injured my neck from whiplash. Mr. Dennis Brannon and his team treated me in the most professional and caring manner as if I were his only client. From the initial interview the Brannon & Brannon team worked very hard to settle my case for the maximum amount under my uninsured motorist policy. When my insurance company tried to deny my claim making an extremely low and insulting offer to settle Mr. Brannon immediately filed a lawsuit above and in addition to my uninsured motorist limits. During the whole process the Brannon & Brannon team kept me informed and always took my calls and with the utmost curiosity. It did not take long for my insurance company to settle the claim for my full policy limits which helped pay for my neck surgery. My story does not end here though with the full settlement of uninsured motorist from my car insurance. Once my health insurance company was notified of my settlement they made demands for the entire amount of my car insurance award. Mr. Brannon and his team again stepped in and fought for me. Even though my health insurance has a right to make demands for my settlement Mr. Brannon assured me he could fight to have the health insurance claim demands reduced and he put his team to work again for me fighting against the lawyers that represented my health insurance company. It was not long before the Brannon & Brannon team notified me of an extremely low offer of less than 1% of the original claim to settle my health insurance claim. There is no doubt that if not for the tireless effort and most professional work of Mr. Dennis Brannon and his most talented team I would not have seen any money from my car insurance and if I had my health insurance would have taken all of my winnings. To try and fight the insurance companies in today’s world without legal representation to help navigate the laws to your maximum benefit would be a losing battle.
