Beware of Mayersohn Law Group! My experience with this firm, specifically with Ms. Leah H. Mayersohn, was nothing short of a legal nightmare. My dealings began with what appeared to be professional engagement but rapidly spiraled into a cesspool of deceit and unethical practices. From January to April 2024, I was subjected to a parade of fraudulent billing entries orchestrated by Ms. Mayersohn herself. For instance, she doubled billed a one-hour Zoom meeting and created phantom entries for work never performed by her colleagues, blatantly inflating my bills in a deceitful attempt to extract unwarranted fees. The abrupt and unexplained resignation of several key associates critical to my case highlighted a disturbing lack of management and transparency at this firm. The firm's failure to notify me of these resignations, which I discovered only through bounced emails, further illustrates their disregard for basic client communication and ethical standards. Ms. Mayersohn's egregious non-compliance with the direct transfer of my retainer funds and case files, despite repeated and clear legal directives, borders on professional malfeasance. This firm's actions under her leadership have not only cost me financially but also jeopardized my legal standing. Do not entrust your legal needs to Mayersohn Law Group unless you prefer chaos over counsel. Their conduct is a disservice to the legal profession, and I implore anyone considering this firm to look elsewhere. I await the Florida Bar's intervention to correct the blatant misconduct and restore some semblance of justice and integrity to my situation.

I was represented by this firm in a debt collection judgement that I was not aware of until I received a request for deposition from a collection attorney. I did not know what to do so I reach out to this firm, and they were able to assist me through the process. They were on time, followed up sent out letters and was able to give me legal advice. I used this service through my employer Legal Benefit. I'm so glad I was able to take advantage of the benefit. It made my life so much easier.

Avoid this law firm at all costs! Mario Machado should have his license revoked. The owner of the Firm, Leah Mayersohn, is no better. She knowingly chooses to be an active participant in illegal and unethical practices. She takes your money, lots of it, and creates fake bills. You receive nothing in return, except complete negligence and improper representation. Forget about a refund for your outstanding balance. I don’t know how these people can sleep at night, but to say they’re dangerous to be involved or work with would be an understatement. This firm runs a scam operation. Do not be fooled by the small talk and fake appearances. A class action suit against this firm should be filed promptly.

Recently, my wife and I had the pleasure of working with Chelsea Scarnecchia who was instrumental in helping us draft our Estate Plan documents. Right from the start, Chelsea was very attentive in addressing our questions and concerns, and she always responded promptly with answers and solutions. Chelsea was creative in drafting ideas and providing legal guidance about how certain situations should be addressed in the Estate Plan documents. Granted that our Estate Plan was a little complicated (in Chelsea's words) but the process from start to finish took us just under 60 days. We went through a few iterations and drafts of our Estate Plan documents and Chelsea walked us through it all patiently. Noteworthy to mention: During the time Chelsea engaged with us, she was managing a double workload covering for her partner, Hillary Mullin, who was away on leave during this time.
