I was in an accident recently with my wife and twin daughters. A car ran a red light and claimed that we ran a red light. I had my witness and his witness said I just took off too early when it turned green. It makes no sense to me but we called Weinstein Legal and talked to Derek and right away he set us up with a chiropractor and handled the rest with no hesitation. I had to speak to the claims to figure out who is right in the accident situation. It felt like I was getting interrogated like if it was my fault in the accident but Derek wasn’t having that and made sure to defend me. Dealing with Derek was so stress free and the best thing we ever did. We met Kathy who messaged us with literally all the updates on where we were at with the claim and what to expect. This is literally the best attorney anybody can ask for. I already recommended this law firm to multiple people.
