The only reason I’m leaving a 1 star review is because I don’t have the option to select 0. This firm has lied to me and wasted my time. They lack communication and are scammers. After calling several times over the course of 2 /12 months, for a simple update, today I was finally able to speak to someone about my case. I found out the 1st person working my case is no longer working there, and that they are dropping my case. I only found this out because I called. No one ever initiated a phone call or email to me, but somehow they were in close contact with the chiropractor they sent me to. They’ve made me treat for 2 1/2 months just to rack up medical bills, all while knowing I had no case. They also lied to me when I asked questions about medical bills, and withheld important information from me the entire time. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. This is just a big fancy firm with poor customer service. They don’t actually care about their clients. 0/5.
