I was hit from behind while I was 18 weeks pregnant I went to the ER room the same day and my dad in law found me them to represent me I signed the papers and agreed to the 33% of which they would take out of anything that I get awarded let just say Levine was not on my side he talk to me like I was the enemy and mind you I am a very quiet respectful person and I thought that I would be treated in the same manner but this was my first and worst experience dealing with a settlement that someone was at fault and I know I deserve way more it took 4 years to settle my case which I finally got fed up and told them hurry the process up they only agreed to $8,000 and mine you I have a herniated disc! Man! An injury I walked away with $2,000 in my pocket and a herniated disc for the rest of my life and my son is now 5 years old and Im suffering from really bad leg pain no money will fix it but this lawyer was not for me I do not know why I did my part but they did not do theirs and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. Let me add that when I did visit the office location I saw the lawyer that actually was supposed to represent me riding his bike in the parking lot getting his fitness on while his Porsche is outside clearly maybe these lawyers is a big scam or they just fight hard for wealthy customers not the average person. I WILL SAY RON THE ASSISTANT WAS AMAZING . Lawyer NO! Do your job! Smh horrible I know ppl who walked away with 10,000 with no injuries!
