Let's open this critical assessment: Anidjar & Levine, another Ambulance Chaser in Florida. They were referred to my Mother and aunt as yet another horrid Florida driver reared them. To not only be injured by the wreckless drive but also compounded by a series of incompetent, non-existent communication skills or follow through. That is a genuine Fiduciary responsibility if they agree to take on my Mother's accident case and give her the same respect and attention as all others. However, Anidjar & Levine are just one of the many lawyers who will always fail their clients as they segment them according to the income their case will generate - WRONG APPROACH! We get it; the loser driver had terrible full coverage, but that doesn't excuse the behaviors. That became apparent from the glaring lack of interest in following with matters. They even lied to my Mother, saying they had not received information from a few medical providers. When my Mother called the providers, they informed me that NO ONE from the lawyers had ever called to request the information. My Mother called out the liar, as she had to be called out rightfully. From day one, they ignored that I had the Power of Attorney and had to be included in all communications. I made a few calls and contacted the attorney to highlight the lack of communication and other errors. It dragged on for over six months, and finally, the check for my mom and aunt, minus their not-earned or deserved 33% Fee. This is rude; 33% for what they did was more like 10%, which would have been more appropriate; the checks were sent the cheapest FedEx way possible. They could not pay for delivery before 10 a.m. and kept my Mother all day for FedEx. This is another disrespectful and epic failure approach. Unprofessional people. Typical South Florida non-existent communication and, at times, unwarranted attitude when asked questions. No one should hire these disrespectful ambulance chasers; they want significant ambulance-chasing cases. So go right ahead and continue your GREEDY AMBULANCE CHASING PATH. A warning: Buyer Beware. Do your due diligence to ensure you will be treated respectfully and, most importantly, listened to. These people have no communication skills, respect, or listening skills. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM. Even horrid Morgan and Morgan would have been more effective. PS - you people can say whatever you like; you know what you people will always be: South Florida Ambulance Chasers with horrid ethics.

This firm is fantastic. I've used a few law firms in the past for both accidents and EEO suits. It wasn't until I did business with these folks I saw the difference in professionalism, communication, and friendliness compared to an almost disaster with my previous lawyer and case. These people sat on my case for three years for me to walk out of trial with nothing.
