I really can't express how grateful I am to Dean Levy at Anidjar & Levine for helping me after someone hit me in a car accident. Dean aggressively got liability accepted by the other driver's insurance so I could get the proper response from the insurer. The office staff, investigators, etc were all very responsive and every call or text was returned very quickly. Dean would not take no for an answer, because he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs an attorney.

I had been involved in a horrible car accident on Christmas day, which not only stopped me from spending time with my family, but also put me in the hospital with a lower back injury, which took me out of a job and put me behind on my bills. My wife and I had been involved in a rollover accident and the person at fault had the very minimal coverage. There were other cars involved so essentially his policy would have to be split between the 4 others. Our SUV was only 2 years old and it was totaled. Unfortunately we did not get gap coverage, which we learned the hard way, is always recommended for a new car. There was no way our car would be covered and since it was financed, we found ourselves in a tough spot. You hear all these accident law firms on the radio, but you would never think you would need to use one. Of course Anidjar and Levine was one of them, but I was actually recommended by a family member who had a great experience with them. As soon as I contacted the office a day after the accident, they immediately sent someone to our house to collect the details for the accident. It was a team of attorneys that helped guide us through our medical treatments and expenses including Mark Anidjar, who was amazing in making sure we were well informed of the whole process. Shire Patel was the attorney that helped us through the compensation process. Very personable and empathetic, he assured us that we would be taken care of. Great communication with him through the whole process. He is definitely elite at what he does. He fought hard for a generous compensation for my wife and I, making sure that we had something positive out of our terrible accident. All of our medical expenses and treatments covered, as well as taking care of the finances for our totaled car.
