From the beginning till the end I felt like I was in good hands. Shire represented me in a case where I was involved in a car accident. Thanks to his professionalism, knowledge, and experience we were able to finish quickly and settle the case. Also I would like to acknowledge Tabitha who has helped a lot through out the process. They have a great team at this office and I will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

Bad reviews are not my thing and it seems that I’m the only person having an unpleasant experience with this firm but the reality is that I never received an answer from the lawyer I contacted. I sent the documents he asked for and nothing. I think I deserve that call about my case even if the answer were negative.

Very Disappointed in this Firm ; a couple of years a go my entire family used this firm Subers+Glenns & the customer service was always awesome. But recently my mother was involved in a serious car accident that was not her fault and I contacted this firm spoke with an Attorney named EVAN he was so heartless!!!! Never dealt with him before but I can tell you one thing this firm has turned into something that is only focused on a dollar and not the pain or the heartache or help the customer may be seeking in their time of need due to the severity of their accident. I have him info as he requested from my mother drivers exchange form and he didnt make one investigative phone call on my behalf as I was seeking a attorney he automatically ASSUMED THE OTHER AT FAULT PARTY DID NOT CARRY ANY BODILY INJURY PROTECTION HE EVEN ASKED ME TO DO THE ATTORNEY WORK AND SPEAK WITH THE OTHER PARTIES INS AND ASK THEM IN REFERENCE TO THAT PARTIES POLICY LIMITS AND COVERAGES BEFORE DETERMINING IF HE WOULD TAKE THE CASE - HE HAD TO DETERMINE BASICALLY IF HE WANTED TO EVEN TAKE THE CASE BASED UPON HOW MUCH THE INS COVERAGES W/ALLOW. *SO IF THE OTHER INS HAD NO B/I/P HE WAS BASICALLY LETTING ME KNOW HE WOULD NOT WORK THE CASE BUT WHEN YOU ASSUME YOU ALWAYS END UP IN A BAD SPACE. LONG STORY SHORT THIS IN MY OPINION IS POOR BUSINESS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE I AM HERE TO TELL YOU THE OTHER PARTY DID COME TO FIND OUT TO HAVE THE BODILY INJURY PROTECTION BUT IN ALL REGARDS WE SOUGHT OTHER REPRESENTATION I ALSO HAVE OTHER RELATIVES OUT OF NAPLES FL THAT WERE CONSIDERING THIS FIRM BUT SINCE THIS RECENT OCCURRENCE THEY HAVE ALSO DETERRED AWAY; PEOPLE ARE MORE THAN JUST A NUMBER HOW ABOUT MAKE A RELATIONSHIP W/THE CLIENT SUPPORT THEM AND DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE DONT BE LAZY AND JUST LOOK FOR A FAST OUTLET OR PAY OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - MS.
