If possible to give half a star I would with the experience I’ve had with this law firm. Long story short they never kept in contact with me. Had me going to therapy and everything to find out from the MRI people that they were no longer representing me. I haven’t received one email text or phone call about this which now leaves me with all of the financial burden to deal with the treatment I have to pay for due to being in an accident

Chris long and Dan newlin are the best I highly recommend

My accident case was rejected by two previous Law Firms. I was working 70+ hours a week, with a back injury, commuting back and forth to work, 30 miles, one way. I overheard someone having a conversation about the Dan Newlin Law Firm. I had recalled hearing Dan speak at a college in Pensacola several years earlier. That is when I decided to make the "Call". I was treated exceptionally well, from the first phone call and office visit, where I actually got to meet Dan, and we reminisced about my meeting him years earlier in Pensacola, to the "CALL" to let me know my check was in the mail. I highly recommend this Law Firm. They treat you like a real human being and not just another number.

I was involved in an automobile accident the middle of January, 2022. A woman made a left-hand turn directly in front of me. I reached out to the office of Dan Newlin. My initial reason for selecting this practice was because I loved his generosity with veterans. I had often said if I ever needed an attorney, he would be my choice. Little did I know the time would arrive. I made the initial call, and was greeted by a very pleasant comforting voice. The sweet lady told me I would be hearing from someone very soon. Approximately one hour later, I received a call from Oscar Suarez. By this time I am a nervous, anxiety mess. Not to mention the physical pain and discomfort. Again, as with the first person I spoke to, Oscar was calming, reassuring, and made me feel safe. I knew that from here on out all I had to do for whatever reason, was call Oscar. Oscar took care of all of my medical needs, questions, concerns, and talked me off the ledge more than once. The entire process of healing, and at the same time, trying to bring your life back together, is a grueling ordeal. Truthfully, Oscar did all of this for me, and besides the monetary, he was there emotionally for me and made me know I would get through this. Again, Oscar’s understanding of my condition was so knowledgeable that he was able to direct me to the right care facilities and remove me and relocate me if I needed something different. I did not have a lot of contact with anyone from the Dan Newlin office directly after the initial call. But the quality person Oscar Suarez is, speaks to the types of individuals they want representing their practice. It also demonstrates the character of the administrative offices of Dan Newlin. I was given an option of a five star rating for this practice. In reality, there are not enough stars to score the care, concern, and results I achieved with Oscar Suarez and Dan Newlin.
