Ran into some DUI trouble a couple months back and decided to hire Musca Law after weeks of extensive researching and couldn’t be more happy with them! I was in search of a defense attorney after being arrested in Gainesville for a DUI. I came across Musca law who had phenomenal reviews. After speaking with them and several other defense attorneys I decided to go with Musca Law. Needless to say I made the right choice! I was arrested for a DUI while sleeping my car parked in a gas station parking spot. To add to the fact that I was not even driving the vehicle, I blew 0’s! Due to the fact that I refused to give a urine sample on the spot (which I had no idea was the law), I was now facing loss of my driving privileges for one year and being charged with a DUI. I just received word from John and David Fawley that we won my case with the DMV! Meaning that my driving privileges are reinstated! David was great from start to finish.
