I obtained Christian’s service almost four years ago for a sealing of a case after another Attorney received payment and provided no service. My wife was issued a leaving the scene ticket after both parties agreed that there was no damage to either car. The second party reported the accident after she got home. This serious ticket was a misdemeanor and required several court appearances. One within 10 days. I needed a lawyer that was familiar with the ADA in Ocala. I consider myself very lucky person because I met Mr. Straile and asked for help. He has all high personal and professional qualities I was looking for. Wow. I was extremely happy i had Mr. Straille for my lawyer to represent me. Even though i live 600 miles from Florida, Mr. Straille stayed in contact with me at any/all times for my Criminal Jury Trial. I was amazed at his thoroughness and research in my case, how he worked in the courtroom was amazing. I was found 'not guilty'. A couple weeks later, i returned for an 'Injuntion', related, and hired him again for it. Well, we lost that, the Injuntion was passed. But he was just as thorough., having binders and law books, and using them in court. He even basically proved, or caught the other person lying, but the judge passed it anyway. Well.. just like i told Mr. Straille, If i had been found not guilty, or guilty, i know i had what i believe is the best attorney I could have possibly had. I would highly recommend Mr. Straille for anything legal.

If you reading nothing more than these two lines, I hope you find them of most use. DO NOT PAY THIS MAN UPFRONT. HE WILL NOT COME THROUGH WHEN IT MATTERS. On July 29th, 2016 the legal services of Christian Straile was paid in full for future work on a case. Mr. Straile, initially very eager about the case, soon became unresponsive to all email correspondences. I have provided several of the emails sent to Mr. Straile as attachments. As a result of Christian Straile unresponsiveness, I was required to attend a hearing (for which I retained Mr. Straile’s services) without any representation. Following the hearing, I sent another email to Mr. Straile indicating that there were several questions I was asked to answer before a ruling could be made. I forwarded Christian Straile these question and I still did not receive a response. Christian Straile did not represent me during the hearing and made no effort to respond to my inquires leading up to or after the hearing. I finally received an email from Mr. Straile on September 19th, 2016 simply asking “What is the status of this?” I responded in detail and have not received any further communication from Christian Straile. Christian Straile’s failure to respond to multiple communications and failure to appear are inexcusable. I hired him for advising me on a University conduct hearing. His failure to communicate, and ultimately inability to be present at the hearing, guaranteed that I did not have adequate representation at the hearing. Putting aside the fact that all I wanted was for a fair and equitable hearing, Christian Straile ensured the opposite by not responding to my emails and bailing on the hearing. This guy will communicate very well with you UNTIL you retain his services. After he has secured payment he will blow you off. Because Mr. Straile has not followed through in conformance with ethical, contractual and professional obligations, I have sought relief through a merchant dispute for services not rendered.

Christian's communication skills with his clients is incredible. His knowledge of Florida law, and his ability to get you to think objectively in a stressful situation, make him a great lawyer to hire. I hired him based on his advice when he consulted with me over the phone late around midnight - for free - providing the advice I needed for that night. After hiring him, he was extremely responsive to email, texting, calls - everything to get my case together with very little time to do it. He's a great guy, I highly recommend him.

He did a great job fromr initial contact fand consult and Communicated his services resulted in getting my daughters speeding ticket dismissed . I would highly recommend him as he was efficient and his price was very reasonable

For traffic citations at least don't waste your time or money. I hired Christian on what should have been a clean and cut case. Not only did he take my money and did nothing but he was so hands off as to have another lawyer attend my court trial who knew nothing of my case. Save your money and time find someone who will work.
