Interesting person with few important law awards

who ever picks up the phone for these people are rude!!! negative

She will say you owe them money but, they got all she getting.

He had me in and out of the court room in less than 15mins with the ticket being thrown out. He is totally AWESOME. He gets ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ from me !!

I was unsure how the case would turn out when I first signed up with him, but I am quite impressed that he got me off a $400 ticket with no points! I definitely recommend him.

Casey Thompson and the staff were highly professional and took care of all of my needs. I could not have asked for a better attorney. If you are facing family issues, a divorce etc., I give Casey my highest recommendation. He turned a painful situation into a bearable one, and made the process as quick as possible. I am so grateful I found him.

1 star because there isn't a negative rating. Mrs. Yochim and Casey Thomson have been the worst experience i have had after almost 2 years of dragging out my child custody case I had to seek another counselor, after meeting several that told me I should sue for my money back and file with the florida bar against this practice due to all the issues from filing incorrect paperwork to not filing anything so opposing counsel had to file for contempt against them. Thousands later and years of wasted time 2 days before court they email me trying to drop me as a client....2 days!! Pretty shady right. And for months and months i call email and get no responses ask questions on what we are suppossed to be doing whats going on etc. Nothing absolutly nothing. My new counsel has done in a couple months what they couldnt in years. Dig further people almost all negative reviews state the same thing all go back to Karen or Casey not doing thier jobs. The mediator had to tell Casey repeatedly "You cant ask that" or say "Thats not how mediation works". I was contacted the night before going to mediation and was asked if I (Casey) could go in Karens place? I said i wanted Karen to go but was told she couldnt make it, i asked if it was too late to postpone and was told yes so i said then why are you asking since i dont have any other options. I have contacted them several times about the "charges" to my account and got....surprise no responses but every month they add a finance charge to me for charges that are in dispute as Karen is my lawyer and not once not one time has she done anything for my case all emails and communications had to go through Casey the paralegal...excuse me its been so long hes now a lawyer i forgot. Do yourself a favor run.

Going through a divorce is not an easy process, but from the minute I walk into the door this workgroup made me feel comfortable and put my mind at ease . Through the whole process Karen Yokum and Casey Thompson kept me informed about everything that was going on in the way that I could understand it, I especially want to thank Casey Thompson because anytime I called he made himself available for me to talk to even when I called to just vent this is an amazing work group and I would recommend them to anybody that has the unfortunate experience of going through divorce

This review is exclusively for Casey Thompson. I'm not living in Florida anymore, but he was able to handle a relatively "messy" divorce. With kids from multiple fathers. (Which if you didn't know, all are considered yours if you are married!) I never had to step foot on a plane or anything like that. I happened to be on a somewhat fixed income, and he made sure to not go over what I could afford (hourly). I'm pretty sure he didn't charge me for some of it. And best of all is whenever I needed to talk to him, he either picked up right away or got back to me promptly. We also had a good email relationship. He definitely made a bad situation seem effortless. I strongly recommend him. Casey, if you're reading this.... thanks again!!

This might be a bit too personal, but I feel that it is a story worth sharing. I chose to get a divorce at the end of 2017. I lost everything and gained a bunch of debt in the process. I was also court ordered to pay an unjustifiably exorbitant amount alimony to my ex. I couldn't keep up with the new debt and the alimony. I fell into a deep depression. I called the suicide hotline as I didn't know where to turn. They lent me an ear and helped me find a lawyer. I was quickly referred to Casey Thompson who works for the Law Office of Alba & Yochim. I explained my situation to him and he agreed to take me on as a client. With the help of Casey and a few weeks of solid effort, she agreed to terminate the alimony. I will forever be grateful for to him for this, he literally helped save my life.

Ms. Yochim was helpful and effective in handling my divorce. My settlement terms were fair and the case was resolved efficiently with no unnecessary expenses. Thank you.
