Attorney Ian Pickens, great friend of mine and phenomenal attorney. Can not say enough good things about this attorney and or firm.

I found Mr. Pickens to be very knowledgeable and professional. He responded to phone calls and emails in a timely manner. I appreciated his honesty and forthrightness of how the case would be handled. Above all, he NEVER promised anything, but instead, advised of what the law is and the "potential" outcomes of the case. He earned my respect based on that alone. i was very pleased with the resolution of my case. Additionally, Mr. Pickens' legal assistant, Abbie, is very efficient and knowledgeable, as well, and was instrumental in my decision to retain Mr. Pickens. When I made the initial call to their office, she promptly took the information and relayed it to Mr. Pickens. She, too, returned phone calls and emails in a timely manner. The communication they provided during this very difficult time for me was both supportive and encouraging. Being from out-of-state, it took a huge load off of me knowing they were handling my case. Mr. Pickens was absolute AMAZING. He was able to speak to my parents who live in another state to get representation for me in the state I live in. He was able to help me get my legal situation under control, answered all of my questions, concerns, issues. Was available to me when I needed him. Then helped me clear an ADDITIONAL legal issue with a discounted rate for representing me before. Then helped to end my PTO early due to my completing all the requirements before deadline. The office staff was always pleasant, polite, and helpful. He's a very nice, kind, compassionate, and a LIFE SAVER!!! Thanks so much for all your help Mr. Pickens, you're great!!!
