Thanks to the hard work of Shelley and Mr. Ramsey my wife and I were able to receive compensation for the tragedy she experienced. I am so incredibly grateful for everyone at FFP for all their hard work. JR and Shelley, and every person I ever interacted with went above and beyond for me when no other firm wanted to help. Everyone always greeted me with a smile and a handshake (or Covid safe elbow bump which was awesome to see), asked me how I was doing, and addressed me by my name. Even down to asking if I needed a drink when I walked in which may seem silly to praise in all of this, but that is the care and attention that everyone here acts with, and I always felt welcome, safe, and valued. In the midst of a personal injury situation, that kind of feeling is unparalleled, thank you for that. I wish I could find strong enough words to express how amazing this firm is!!!!!! My daughter was attacked by a dog and was bit all over her face and arm. She was at school and we were hours away when we got the call. My husband immediately went to her , we were both kind of at a loss as to what to do. It was s Sunday and I called Fine, Farkash & Parlapiano . I had a wonderful gentleman answer and within minutes I had a call back from Mr. Jack Fine. His compassion and willingness to speak with me on a Sunday was just AMAZING!!!! From then forward we spoke with Gabrielle who is a true life angel. I wish that we hadn’t needed help from FFP. When you need them, it’s probably because something bad has happened to you or your family. But I’m so thankful they were there. During the process of dealing with a huge company, Mr. Ramsey and Anna made sure that we understood what was going on at every point in time and didn't get confused with legal terminology. When the large corporation tried to use out lack of transportation against us, they made sure that we got the medical care we needed.
