I was very pleased with the help and information I received from Massey & Duffy. Mr Michael Massey was respectful & very attentive to my situation. He gave me help on the procedures I needed to take. I would refer them to everyone.

Didn't want to explain anything unless a consulting fee was paid. Would not even tell me how much a service cost would be. Only response was "I dont know of anyone who gives free legal advice" this was the answer to my question, How much do you guys charge to review a severance package? Update: Now I am being told they will give me a free consultation. Calls and emails from the lawfirm telling me my review is incorrect. I didn't expect the unprofessional approach of telling me I have to pay a consultation fee which is not a issue for me, but when I asked about a service fee I was interrupted by being told no one works for free. The receptionist seems to not want to listen to my question instead answers things in a dismissive way.. kept repeating how consultation is free (after the google review call back).. if this is the case, why was I told any questions I have about their services will be answered during the 30 min consultation I would have to pay for (during the initial call). I wanted to ask general questions about their services. Pretty baffled by this approach and makes me wonder how many consultation fees get collected if they are free?

Very honest. Did not lead me along or place unnecessary fees. Was very straightforward and helped my family and I find closure with realistic recommendations and well-informed input.

It is not often that you have an opportunity to speak with people who actually are interested in what your legal concerns are and,listen patiently. Mr. Massey. Was kind and personable( not a robot). Not hasty. In his approach to the issue. this attorney also pulled out his Florida law book and read the statute verbadum these types of things are invaluable. if you need a real estate attorney in Gainesville I would definitely look him up. The outcome of my consultation he was able to refer me to to the appropriate firm that handles my. Type of legal issues.
