I have used Nick two times personally for personal injury (a terrible car accident where the other motorist was uninsured, and my spouse stepping into a hole and snapping her leg) as well as hiring him to represent a close friend and employee on the criminal side. Nick gave his all to every case he handled for me. At no time did he address what he or his firm would like. It was always about us, the client. He wanted to know what we needed to feel right, and if that meant it was going to be an uphill battle for him, then so be it. He also always acted with the utmost respect and integrity. He communicated constantly on all issues. His partner Dan Glassman was strongly involved as well and holds the same values as Nick. For these reasons I have always had the utmost respect for both of them. I would very highly recommend them on both the criminal and the personal injury representation.

When i was arrested and had many charges stacked against me i thought my life was over, that my dreams of going to veterinary school were gone. Nick is by far the best defense attorney in Gainesville. I hired Nick with the daunting objective of an early termination of probation. Although all supervisory requirements had been met, we both knew that this would be a difficult task, given I was only 1.5 years into a 7 year term. He was honest and told me not to expect early termination, as it is very unusual for such a request to be granted given the amount of time left on the term. At the hearing, Nick did an absolutely remarkable job covering all important points and presenting everything in such a skillful, intelligent, organized manner. Needless to say, my probation was terminated at that hearing. I credit this not only to my own ability to navigate the treacherous waters of probation, but also to the Nick's unmatched representation. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Zissimopulos and will continue to send referrals to his team.

My experience with Glassman and Zizzimopulos Law was above and beyond what I expected. I was referred to them through a coworker who had used them previously. When entering their office I was greeted with a smile and a beverage of choice. There was always polite conversation and she always greeted me as a guest not so much a client.
