Not sure if these reviews are done through actual clients or the firm itself, but there's no way I can see where they are rating 5.0. I've been with them since 2017. Went through my physical therapy (after my car accident) and since 2019, no communication from them. Stephanie Harrod was the person representing me. I've called over 100 times, emailed them a bunch of times, even contacted them through Facebook and someone told me they will contact me and nothing. All my phone calls the receptionist told me she was there and will call me back. Never received a call back but receive those newsletters every single time one is sent out in the mail. I would not recommend this company.
