Mr. Jones was very professional, yet honest and compassionate about every detail regarding my case. He was very understanding about my personal situation and worked really well to get everything resolved. He communicated extremely well and made sure I understood the conditions of my case, which made the whole process a lot easier to deal with personally. Additionally, he is very affordable and will work out a payment plan that doesn't become a financial burden. Overall, he is exceptionally relatable and super helpful.
