Eric Dibert is a great attorney who goes the extra mile for the firm and for clients.

Avoid this Attorney - paid a retainer fee of a thousand dollars get a letter drafted then they disappear and not communicate anything- have attempted to contact but nothing- this phony advocate took my money and has deliberately misled me to believe they would work with my case- either incompetent and incapable attorneys or are intentionally misleading and spiteful- so disappointing when trying to seek justice

Adam Towers is the best attorney!! He is kind and knowledgeable, answered my multitude of questions and concerns, and did not hesitate to swiftly resolve the issues I was dealing with. I highly recommend him!

Justin was a great person to have in your corner. He did an amazing job with my child relocation/parenting plan revision case and provided sage advice. I was always able to reach him when I needed to speak with him and he did a great job of keeping me updated regarding the case. Hopefully I'll never have to go through that again, but if I do, Justin will be my first choice.

Bogin Munns & Munns it's helping me get my mother's estate my part pending, very loyal and I feel very confident in my attorney now mind you it's not over night but Estates never are but as far as the goes they are qualified for the position I highly recommended them.I'll have feedback on the results in days to come I've been blessed with them Update on my situation Court was yesterday things went very well, very strong Mr. Tower's knows his business he gets straight to the point, the mediator I loved him he was a really good guy he's very nice I felt very comfortable it's not like sitting in your living room watching TV but it's close I can't say much cuz you're not allowed that confidentiality business it took four and a half hours it was a long journey cuz it was a two-hour drive but I'm very satisfied, and you know wants to put something so important and so precious to us, in someone else's hands and you know they're going to do their best because you had to understand you good luck to everyone and thank the people that I can't mention I thank munns an munns for my journey.

After attempting to work with other local law firms to establish a trust, will, health care surrogate, guardianship designation, etc. I contacted Toney Law Firm. They were mindful of special requests/circumstances, communicative, answered all questions (I had many) thoroughly, and provided detailed "next steps" once our trust was established.
