Mr. Toney helped resolve some legal issues after my husband unexpectedly passed away. Mr. Toney and his lovely wife (and office manager) guided me through the funeral process and preparations. When I was served by my ex-wife for majority custody of our two children in 2022, I was on an emotional roller coaster. Mr. Jacobson did an excellent job advising and representing me on my divorce. He is very well-informed, considerate, quick to respond, and easy to work with. Justin also was very helpful in explaining details of the process, time-line, etc. in advance, and provided very clear and reliable information and advice whenever I posed a question or concern (even when I was not exactly sure what I was asking..). He also seemed to work quickly and efficiently. In all, Justin made a very challenging endeavor manageable and always made me feel confident that he was working in my best interests.

Justin is very knowledgable and honest, he assited in my divorce parenting plan and helped me come up with a fair plan and always had my best interests first.
