Justin was a great person to have in your corner. He did an amazing job with my child relocation/parenting plan revision case and provided sage advice. I was always able to reach him when I needed to speak with him and he did a great job of keeping me updated regarding the case. Hopefully I'll never have to go through that again, but if I do, Justin will be my first choice.

After attempting to work with other local law firms to establish a trust, will, health care surrogate, guardianship designation, etc. I contacted Toney Law Firm. Justin and his team was amazing. They were always available. They kept great communication with me. They were also mindful of my time and how much money was being spent. They always responded quickly and helped walk me through the process. I cannot say enough about the care and support his team gave me. he made sure I was complete prepared for my defense. When we met with the other lawyer I had all my information and ducks in row. They would ask for something and I was prepared with the correct information. It made things so easy and the other lawyer and my ex had nothing to stand on because I had evidence to support everything they were saying was not accurate. My ex finally dropped the case once he realized Justin, his team, and I had done our homework. I cannot thank Justin and his team enough. I will always use them when my ex takes me back again.
