I went to Kelly with absolutely no knowledge of what could legally be done to help my situation. She was patient with me, honest and extremely professional the entire time. What should have been a simple thing ended up turning into a long ordeal due to defendant's the evasion of service and continued attempts to dismiss charges. Kelly always kept me informed and was prompt, prepared and knowledgable about everything that pertained to my case. I highly recommend her if you want to be represented by one of the few lawyers that give the profession a good name.

In 2009 I needed an attorney to file for a civil lawsuit to retrieve my personal property that someone had claimed as their own. My real estate attorney recommended Kelly McNeal. “And I was not disappointed”. Ms. McNeal has an amazing ability to grasp the details, she took the time to explain what my options were, what each filing meant, what the fees would be up to a certain point and what it would be if it went to court.. She talked in length with me and my family when we had questions and listened to us as we explained what took place. I had access to her at any time through her office, e-mails and phone calls. Because of Ms. McNeal’s assistance I was able to get my property back. She was on top of things from beginning to the end of time and beyond. I appreciate all that she did, I can’t thank her enough for her help in a very difficult and trying time

Kelly was the fourth attorney that I've had over the years of dealing with my ex-husband. He frivolously sued me several years before, and I ended up with attorneys convincing me that there was no way to prove that he (a sole-proprietor doctor) made more than I do (a school teacher). Kelly was able to right all of the wrongs that had been perpetrated by poor and bullying attorneys over the years. She fought for me, kept me well-informed, kept an eye out for my bottom line, and gave me a court victory! I would definitely recommend Kelly to anyone needing a hard-working, honest, knowledgeable attorney.

Thanks to my ex-husband I had two prior frivolous lawsuits with another (Very BAD) local attorney in town before finding Kelly. She was/is AWESOME, she did things quickly, efficiently, by the book and was always very responsive to my concerns/needs as well as worked with me on a payment plan suitable to my budget. She put my idiot ex in his place and mine and my kids' lives have been a lot more peaceful and quieter since. With her I spent a FRACTION of what the first and useless attorney had charged me. I HIGHLY recommend her and in fact have already referred several others to her. I would NOT go anywhere but to Kelly for any/all my legal needs.
