Dealing with DOR is not an easy task. You need an attorney with experience, a level of commitment and tenacity. DOR does not play by the same rules as IRS. I have interacted with several Tax attorneys but none with the skill and experience of working with Tax issues like Daniel Friedel. His level of commitment,professionalism,honesty and integrity has instilled confidence and peace of mind in troubled times. Dan is a very comfortable person to talk to. There are no games. He is the last of the true attorneys who care about his clients. I feel like I have a brother in the business. I have no hesitation in recommending him as legal counsel. Talk about execution! Dan was able to help with some time sensitive tax issues and get results faster than my previous attempts with other council. A++ Tax Lawyers. Excellent outcome! Daniel and Michael did an excellent job with my case. The IRS said I owed $4200 more in taxes for 2014!. I knew I didn't, but one of my 1099's were submitted incorrectly and it looked like I did report income. Daniel met with me, gathered all the evidence to refute the IRS' claim and submitted the appropriate paperwork. Michael was very persistent in calling the IRS to check on the status. In the end, my case was proven and I did not owe any more money to the IRS!. Thanks Daniel and Michael!
