I recently recently had an opportunity to work with Blake Moore on my estate plan. I have been practicing in probate and estate planning for 40 years so we work together on this project. He was very knowledgeable of this area of the law. I noticed that his practice was similar to mine. We both make friends with our clients. Additionally, he can craft an estate plan that can eliminate the need for a probate, without using a trust (that is both unnecessary and confusing for most people) which saves a lot of time and expense when it comes to the ultimate handling of your estate.
