After a few mysteriously threatening letters from the IRS -- and a few sleepless nights -- I decided to consult a tax attorney, and made an appointment with Dan. Very happy that I did! Could not recommend this gentleman more highly.

After closing my business I found myself in a jam with a very complicated and stressful IRS issue. Mr. Friedel went over my case in great detail and negotiated a very reasonable payment plan with the IRS. He further identified several other ways to help reduce this heavy burden. I highly recommend this most excellent attorney!

I am glad I hired Dan to address my IRS debt. He helped me in two ways. When I was experiencing financial difficulties, he was able to get my IRS tax debt into Currently Not Collectible status. Later, in better times, he negotiated an affordable installment agreement. I am very satisfied with the results.

We hired Dan to handle a very complicated IRS problem. He worked diligently on our behalf. He communicates with you as if you are his only client. He is very responsive and always on top of your case. We owe over $80,000.00 in IRS Taxes and were about to be levied. Dan was able to work out a payment plan with the IRS on our behalf, wherein we are now paying $900.00 per month as opposed to the previous installment plan set up by the IRS in excess of $2,500.00 per month.
