I am very pleased with Dan and what he was able to accomplish for my case. He guided me through a Department of Revenue Reemployment Tax audit and because of his tenacity and not giving in we won the case. Dan helped us find all the possible angles that had merit and the potential to win the case , and that we did. Dan was able to present the information in a way that helped us avoid a lot of money in additional Reemployment Tax that we would have had to pay. We were able to convince the DOR that we had the correct classification for the Employees and contractors.
