I found myself trying to help a European friend recover money her deceased husband had in a checking account in Florida. I found LD Legal on the Internet, and one can legitimately be skeptical of a lawyer one finds through that route. My fears were largely dispelled, however, when Mr. Duong devoted a full half hour to a phone discussion of the issues, free of charge. The costs going forward were exactly as he outlined them at the outset, my friend got her money back, and the experience in general was fantastic. For anyone having a probate issue anywhere in the state of Florida, I would recommend LD Legal unreservedly.

Mr. Duong was extremely helpful! I needed help in determining the best course of action in filing for a Summary Administration for a family member. He thoroughly explained what I could expect if I should file and what would be most helpful to my specific circumstances. It turned out this was not the best course of action and he pointed me in the right direction which was not necessarily in his financial interests. Mr. Duong was very helpful when we needed to access our son's safe deposit box. He directed us to a statute that would allow us to view the contents of the box without a lot of paperwork. This saved us both time and money, since it turns out the box was empty. He was a big help to us during a difficult time.
