Sold my home by owner and Mr. Moreno was referred to me. He made what could have been a nightmare into the easiest transaction possible. I found the buyer, he drew up the contract. I then delivered the earnest money check and the signed contract. He did the rest. His office staff kept me informed all along the way and they were courteous and polite.
