My husband and I did not have the pleasure of meeting in person with Mr. McCabe Harrison, as our real estate probate matter did not require us to do so. However, we did have the pleasure of dealing with Connie, their office Paralegal, who was very knowledgeable, professional, and responsive to our inquiries. She was very pleasant to deal with and worked quickly to get our matter resolved in a very short amount of time. I would recommend this firm for any probate needs you might have in the furture.

McCabe has been very helpful in our Estate Planning. He was understanding and worked with us in a timely manner when we were under a time crunch. He is knowledgeable, professional and seems to truly care about us and our wishes.

Harrison McCabe's work on my (last will &) trust saved saved me his fees in taxes over 24 months! So essentially, his wonderful work was FREE to me after the 2 year payback! (it's now 3+ years, so I'm solidly in the black) Ben Franklin famously said "nothing is certain but death & taxes"! Harrison can't do much about death but he's very good @ helping on the taxes part!

My husband and I recently decided to update our 15-year old Wills and Trust and began our search for a lawyer to assist us in this process. After several weeks of research that included reading hundreds of reviews from various lawyer clients and searching legal professional databases for a lawyer with expertise in Estate Law, we found McCabe Harrison of Harrison Estate Law. From my first communication with the Harrison Law offices, I was convinced that this was the law firm we wanted to work with in order to update our documents. Connie Elgin, the Harrison Law firm's paralegal was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and reassuring. She gave us several options as to how to work with the firm during the Covid-19 pandemic. After some discussion and a couple of phone calls, we arranged a meeting with Mr McCabe Harrison. Mr Harrison reviewed our 15-year old documents and listened with interest to our suggestions and ideas about updating our documents. In addition to listening carefully to us, Mr Harrison provided us with several very good additional recommendations. One complication we had is that we own property in another state that we wanted to add into our Trust and Mr Harrison provided us with the name of an attorney in the state where we own the property to assist us in adding that property to our Trust. We are extremely pleased with the Harrison Law Offices and highly recommend them for all Wills, Trusts, and estate issues.

After moving to Florida, my husband and I needed to have our Wills, medical POA, etc., updated to comply with Florida laws. Harrison Estate Law firm was recommended and after our initial consultation, we decided we liked the firm and proceeded. They listened to our needs, explained our options in a manner we could easily understand, and made the process simple. Our documents were correct and produced in a timely fashion. Everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, responsive,a easy to work with. The firm is a real breath of fresh air in legal world.

We used Mccabe to review and amend my parents trust. It had been set up over 20 years ago. He was very knowledgeable and made several recommendations for changes. He was very patient and explained why the changes would benefit us in the future. I would absolutely use him again in the future and will recommend him to anyone needing estate planning in the future.
