First, I want to start with highlighting the one person I was really pleased with in the firm: Adriana. She was amazing; loved her guidance through the last few steps of the process and her constant kindness. Before that last settlement step though, it was constant miscommunication after miscommunication. My case changed handlers multiple times, and with the last paralegal assigned to my case, it was impossible to hear from her unless I reached out. It felt that more often than not, I was left in the dark about my case with very little communication or desire to communicate. Even when I tried to reach a manager, it was impossible to get them on the line and reach out to express my concerns with my paralegals’ handling of the case. I wish more of their team was like Adriana, truly an example of good customer care and service.

Shea was amazing to work with! Very attentive and being able to text made things so much easier! They even sent me a card after my surgery :) great team to work with. Would highly recommended.
