If you have been searching online for a lawyer, stop here & call their office now! Wow! Best experience with a lawyers office ever! I live out of state so I called several offices but wasn't pleased so I kept calling around. One office who couldn't help with traffic court recommended BQ - Mr. Mike answered the first time & stayed on the phone with me for about 15 min explaining everything to me in detail - he was very honest & gave me different options .I called him Monday afternoon about a court date scheduled for that Wednesday - I honestly thought he was going to turn down my case since it was only for a traffic ticket, but I was so grateful he was able to help on such a super short notice. Thank you Mike!

Attorney Mr. Quirk and his assistant Mrs Jan answered my questions on my traffic case before taking any money. When I gave them money all the way til the end. They treated my case with diligence and calculation. He was upfront with me on possible outcomes. Attorneys just don't contact you once they get the money; I have been there with everything from criminal defense attorneys to DUI lawyers. Mr. Kevin Quirk did and if I emailed Mr, Quirk or his assistant with a question for him he personally responded. He personally called me and notified me of my case outcome. His assistant answered any and all of my questions and gave me the comfort and reassurance that I was being taken care of at all times. You just don't find this type of dedication to your rights being protected and to customer service anymore in this fast pace world. These people are great and I would recommend them to anyone facing issues that their office may handle. I stumbled on this law firm after doing a quick search on google for criminal attorneys and I am so glad I did. After talking to attorney Kevin Quirk for a few short minutes over the phone, I knew in my gut that he was the guy that was going to get it done. He’s a UF graduate with over 20 years in practice which was also another huge plus for me. To make a long story short, my criminal case was ultimately dismissed. In my twenty-some years of driving I rarely gotten a ticket, that is until I move to Florida. In the five years I've been here I've gotten 4 tickets in all four cases barbarette and quirk have gotten to reduce fine or the case dismissed. These guys definitely know what they're doing.
