Ms. Weiser helped us to prepare several successful cases on short notice. She made herself available to answer our questions and kept us up-to-date as we waited for responses from USCIS. We started the case with very little paperwork and didn't think it would be possible but Mrs. Weiser and her office handed it all very quickly. We are especially happy that we were able to get positive results despite the application being for myself to get closer to my wife as opposed to the more typical situation with the wife being a U.S. resident applying for a husband.

I hired Anna as my attorney regarding NIW and permanent residency filling. NIW was filled sometimes in 2018, got an RFE because I got a lecturing job. Thus I needed to show that I dont only teach but am still working on my research. She put me through on the response to RFE and today my petition was approved to now proceed to the last step of the process. Anna is always there to help and very kind. She will guide you all through the steps for a positive result. Always a call away.
