My experience with all of the staff at Steven A Bagen & Associates was outstanding!! We were with another attorney's office prior to moving our case to Bagen. Bagen's office helped us out tremendously when I didn't think it was going to be possible due to the way our case was previously handled. I can't say enough positive remarks about the professional treatment received. I would definitely recommend this firm in the future.

I was involved in a rear end accident while sitting at a red light on my way to work. This happened in October of 2011. I had a sever neck injury, 3 herniated discs. I called Steven A. Bagen's office from the emergency room. I don't know how I would have gotten through all that I did with their help! They took care of everything and took all that burden off my shoulders. I tried everything from chiropractor and physical therapy to acupuncture to alleviate the pain and avoid surgery. After 3 years I finally had to do it. Thanks to Mr. Bagen's personal involvement all went smoothly and without worry. I can't Thank them enough for all their caring and support during this very difficult time!

I have referred several of my friends that were injured in car accidents to Steve A Bagen's office because of the treatment that I received while being client. I was rear-ended in a car accident and missed 8 months of work. I was glad I went with this firm. The office girls were great and Mr. Bagen helped me throughout the whole ordeal. I am glad I didn't accept what the insurance company offered me.

In November 2011, I had an accident in Tampa that totaled my car and caused me severe back trauma, resulting in surgery to correct it. Eileen was gracious and caring from the minute I contacted her. She kept me current on the issues as they arose, and secured the maximum insurance award for me. They didn't soak us for extraordinary fees and made sure we got everything that was available to us. Even today, they check and make sure everything is good. Fantastic service! Kudos to Eileen!

If it wasn't for Steven A Bagen & Associates, I do not know what I would have done! My mother and sister were involved in a fatal car accident and I was devastated! Not knowing what to do I turned to Steven A. Bagen. Mr. Bagen and his staff "held my hand" every step of the way. They went above and beyond what I ever would have expected an attorney’s office to do. The employees were professional and showed true compassion! I contacted Steven A. Bagen's firm in November 2009 after an auto accident. I am so happy they took my case. A wonderful group of people at this business. You could not ask for a better workforce for my lawsuit. I ended up having 5 separate surgeries on my knee from the accident result, and, not only did Mr. Bagens' staff keep track of my case; they even visited me in the hospital. Someone was always calling me to keep me informed of what was happening; sometimes even Mr. Bagen himself! It took a long time to settle but they all worked very hard to get me the damages payments I needed to get on with my life. Enjoyed the office staff and everyone on my team. They handled absolutely everything for me, I just had to worry about getting better. Mr. Bagen was awesome and was there if I ever needed anything. I was in a terrible auto accident and they handled and walked me through everything! The staff was always there to answer my questions, and they worked with the medical providers to make sure all of my medical bills were taken care of.
