My family sought "the toughest dog on the street", what we found in Jack was that and more. My siblings and I were trying to do the right thing and Jack stood with us, encouraged us, and proved to be what we were looking for. Jack took a personal interest in our situation - never making us feel that we were just a "client", we felt at home and he really cared about us and our situation . Thanks Jack for a job well done.

I was distressed when Social Security dropped me from SSD after doing a review and determining that I was no longer eligible for it. I looked up Mr. De La Piedra to help me with getting SSD reestablished and he has been extremely helpful throughout the entire case. He was very clear/concise in explaining how the process would work throughout the case, very kind and courteous, very reassuring to me of my concerns and questions, and a pleasure to work with. Throughout the waiting process (waiting for a response from Social Security for a court hearing date) he and his assistant were very helpful with any questions I had that came up when I would receive new paperwork from the Social Security offices that I didn't quite understand what to do with as well as with general questions; and all in a very timely manner. When the court hearing date finally came up he was very thorough and attentive in picking up on any new details that have came up since the initial meeting with him and was very supportive and helpful towards me when I was having a hard time answering some of the questions the judge was asking me. I don't believe he left a single question unanswered or overlooked in the case and that was a job extremely well done! All in all, I would absolutely recommend Mr. De La Piedra to anyone who needs the type of services that his firm provides.

Mr. Jack De La Piedra was able to get my life insurance policy reinstated after being dropped by one of the largest insurance companies in the world. My insurance was cancelled after 15 years of automatic bank withdraw without notice. Strange how this would happen just months after I was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Jack went above and beyond to get my policy back in force. What a great burden Jack has taken off my plate. I can now concentrate on trying to stay alive, knowing my family will now be financially safe after my death, thanks to Jack.
