Joe Brien is a dying breed - a lawyer that actually cares about his clients! Joe helped me with a very complicated and bitterly contested bankruptcy. When things became difficult he worked as diligently as possible to try to help. He went far beyond what he was obligated to and kept on working for me. I would recommend him without reservation.

Hired to get rid of Timeshare. After first few months no contact after emails and calls. Always "we have a meeting tomorrow, will let you know". Heard that one 3 times in the past 3 months and still no resolve or any step further in completion. Feel like Timeshare/Lawyer on the same page - take your money and forget about you. Very disappointed. 11 months no resolve.

Referred to Mr. Brien through one of the only reputable referral companies, all references were clean, took 9 weeks from date of referral to date of notification that I was released from my high-end NYC timeshare obligation. Even processed paperwork my ex was required to sign without hassle. One fair price, included all real estate fees, etc. Highly recommended. Family doctor in NE Pennsylvania.

We contacted Mr. O'Brien and informed him of our issues of the timeshare we felt that they lied about some issues stating was in our contract and once we were at the highest level, we stop getting correspondence and phone calls. Never felt comfortable with this resort. Mr. O'Brien worked with us and even during this pandemic, he and his staff got us out of our contract. Would highly recommend this business.
