So, it was hard experience for my family. I tried four lawyers before Manas. He didn’t build fairytale for us and told only hard arguments. It was fist time when I saw big professional in front of me. We spoke a lot and we found decision together. Manas does not make unnecessary movements, he strictly says what is right and how it should be according to the law. He hits right on target. constant support and belief in me more than my belief in myself gave me a huge boost. together with Manas and his team, we closed the whole process in 4 months. My family and I received all the documents that are necessary for life, business, work in the USA. It is determined for me that this is the best lawyer who, in addition to professional qualities, is also endowed with positive human qualities. like advice! try to tell your story as truthfully as possible, this will save you time and allow your lawyer to make the right decision on working with your case. I contacted Frank Dellorusso for help with a construction contract that had turned into a total nightmare. He not only jumped right in but his actions caused the construction company to not only respond quickly but they performed top notch work. I got in touch with South Florida Law as I was having a problem selling my condo because of a bad HOA. They outright disapproved one buyer with no reason and then proceeded to discourage other buyers. Months and months went by and I was losing more and more money. Once I contacted SFL, Burton helped me make the HOA understand that I wanted to sell the condo and that they needed to obey the FL HOA laws. Right away the condo went under agreement, the Board interviewed and accepted my buyer and I finally sold the unit. His team is very professional and conscientious and wicked prompt! (yes, I'm from Boston). He also helped with the closing at a fair price and his team even found a substantial error made by the buyer's attorney that saved me a lot of money. I would not hesitate to use this firm again and since I still own Florida condos, I just might have to!! While it did cost me to hire this firm, I wish I had hired them at the first sign of trouble and I would have made a sale earlier and for more money! My heartfelt thanks to all who helped me at SFL. The moral of the story is: if you have an unprofessional HOA that is hindering a sale of your property, don't be afraid to get some legal help from SFL. You will do better in the end.

These guys are top notch. When NO ONE else would help me after what must have been at least 50 phone calls, South Florida Law took my call and Jared saved me from what could of been a loss of more than $200k! An absoult piece of garbage of human being.After taking my money in full would stop answering my phone calls, had problems with him just to take my case from him,not to say the troubles/moneyI had to go through after choosing him.
