Marc Gaylord is a great real estate attorney. I have been a real estate professional for 16 years, the past 12 of them in Martin County. I have worked with many attorneys here and in Miami, and there is no one better than Marc. He makes sure your real estate contract protects your interests as well as legally possible. This is more important than most people realize until a problem or dispute arises. Besides being perfectly clear on the letter of the law, Marc is truly concerned about his clients. He is considerate, understanding and able to mediate and diffuse situations as they arise. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my clients, and I use him as my personal real estate attorney as well. Another important aspect of Marc's office is his staff. Heather and Lorraine are fantastic. They are very experienced and seem to know just about everything. It's reassuring to know that when I call, the person who answers the phone will be competent, cheerful, and say something like "I have what you need, it's all ready for you."
