I would highly recommend Mr. Steele and his office staff. After years of me fighting with the bank for a loan modification and numerous short sale failures my home went into foreclosure and the attorney I was working with was unresponsive. I was then referred to Mr. Steele. I worked with Heather for a loan modification and Deed in Lieu and she was excellent in negotiating and going to bat for me. Even called me on her days off!! If needed, I could always speak to Mr. Steele with my concerns. Did not find this with another lawyer I dealt with and would highly recommend this law firm.

I found Mr. Steele and his staff to be knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to short sale my homes and move on with my life. I did and would highly recommend this firm.

Attorney Steele represented me in a foreclosure matter. He was confident and reaassuring when preparing his case. When it was time for trial he was totally prepared. The judge dismissed the foreclosure because of Attorney Steele relentless inquiry to missing documents. I would most heartily recommend Attoney Steele office in any legal matters.

I had submitted at least 6 loan modification packages to my ridiculous mortgage company in an attempt to lower my interest rate to a payment I could afford. Within 2 months, Mr. Steele and his firm got my rate down to 2% from 11% and some of the principal reduced. I am so happy that my family can stay in our home. I will be forever grateful to this firm and can't recommend them enough!!!

He has a staff that does the real work, however they are not managed closely and miss many deadlines that cost us the successful resolution of my cases. I would constantly remind the staff and even escalated to Mr. Steele, with no action. I basically paid $4,000 to this firm to lose all my homes and had no legal action of efforts from their firm. The office would only returned my calls if I dangled my other potential cases in front of them. I went to another attorney who found erroneous work and failures that could have easily worked in my favor. I was clearly not represented properly.

We hired Mr. Steele and his firm when our mortgage company stopped communicating with us. Through Mr. Steele's firm we were able to obtain a fair mortage modification with payment we can afford. We're grateful that we can stop worrying about loosing our home.
