I came to this office looking for help with a bankruptcy and I am now in the process and the service has been amazing. I am 100% satisfied. They have explained to me and have helped me in such a tough time and made the process easy. I went to court with Robert and he made me feel secure and jn good hands. Will definitely recommend to all my friends.

My mom taught me that if I don't have anything good to say then dont say anything at all. Also the one star speaks volumes. Just keep in mind that 1 star is the lowest rating here possible. Would give them no star if that was an option.

I'm so glad I came to Mr. Stiberman for help. I have finished a chapter 7 bankruptcy and now starting fresh thanks to this office for helping me through this hard time and made an easy process for me and my wife. They adviser and helped us through everything, mr.stiberman is very knowledgeable and they knew how to explain for us. I was referred by a friend who had used their services before. I met with Robert at his office and had a list of questions for him. I wanted to know about Chapter 11 and 7. Robert greeted me asked me a few questions to evaluate my case, went through all my questions and gave me his recommendation. I had met with other attorneys but none of them had the patience to sit down with me and explain the bankruptcy process. We also discussed alternatives to Bankruptcy and whether they made any sense for me or not. In my mind I wanted to file a Chapter 11 which I later learned that my case was either a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13. I ended up retaining Robert’s firm for a Chapter 13 and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. They were professional from the moment they picked up my first phone call to schedule the appointment. I arrived a little early to my appointment and to my surprise I met with the attorney without having to wait. I have to say that considering filing for bankruptcy was not easy for me and I am glad that I met Robert who not only advised me but also treated me like a human being who was not doing anything wrong. Robert even explained that he never thought he would be a Bankruptcy attorney and that through time he saw that people fall into financial distress due to circumstances beyond their control. I am sure my case or my reasons for filing are not unique. I was looking for relief. I needed a solution I had to figure out a way to save my home. After being in the hospital several times and not being able to make my mortgage payments i was at the point of loosing my house. I honestly didnt think there were options to allow me to catch up with my mortgage and save my house. But Robert carefully explained what a Chapter 13 would do for me. He explained that without needing my mortgage company's approval, i could get a shot of repaying what i owed over 60 months!! That was exactly what i was looking for but was never given the option through my mortgage directly. Robert’s staff was always helpful in following up on all my documentation. Not once when I called did I ever get an answering service or busy signals. Someone always answered the phone. Prior to meeting with the bankruptcy trustee the office reminded me what I needed to take and to make sure not to take my cell phone to court. I actually saw people having to go back to their cars to leave their cell phones. Little things like that help in making a stressful situation more pleasant. Robert was waiting for me when I got there (I saw some other folks looking for their attorney). I have to admit I was very nervous but he (Robert) was calm. He said not to worry, he verified that I brought my social security card and ID, and explained to me that the Trustee was going to ask me some questions and that meeting shouldn’t take longer than 3 minutes. His calmness and energy put my fears at ease. When my name was called it was exactly as Robert said, I answered the Trustee’s questions (who was very nice) and then Robert congratulated me and told me everything went very well. Here’s the thing, he didn’t have to take the extra step of being nice. I have to admit, I walked in fearful and nervous and walked out feeling great. (Not that I would want to ever file Bankruptcy again). When I got home I got a call from Robert’s office, I think it was Anna or Ana who reminded me to take the second credit counseling course and to call the office when I had taken it to make sure they sent it to the Court. Truly a professional experience and they even helped me set up my account to make my paymentns online. This office surpassed my expectations and I'm glad I came to them for help!

We had a wonderful experience. We were very well instructed of what we were doing and every part of our bankruptcy process. Attorney Stiberman was very calm and collected, knew exactly what he was supposed to do and that put us at ease when we had to go to court. We had had terrible experiences with attorneys in the past but this was completely different experience. I highly recommend this office and I’m so thankful for their help! We are FINALly debt free

From the moment that i was in the process of trying to sale my house I had a friend of mine tell me about this office. I called and met with attorney Stiberman and after discussing my case he told me I still had options to save my home. I filed for bankruptcy and after a couple of months I finally got a approved for a modification. I had tried for years to do it on my own, I had even given up on my home and was ready to sell but I’m so thankful I came to the right people for help. All I can say is they did an Amazing job and I appreciate everything they did for me and my family!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING ATTORNEY! I always wanted to be represented by an attorney who not only was knowleagable but also friendly and down to earth. That is exactly what I found in Robert. He has been absolutely the best to help me during a very difficult time. My daughter got sick and as a result of medical Bills I fell behind with my mortgage. After almost loosing hope of keeping my house I decided to meet with an attorney to see if there was a way out of the mess I was in. I am soooooo glad I came to Stiberman law. !!!Recommended 100%!!! I came to Stiberman Law with a sale date on my property. I was about to lose my house to the association for past due fees. I met with Mr Stiberman and he went over everything I could do to save my home. I followed his advise and we filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Thanks to his knowledge in the process, I am now in a case were I am able to pay back the Association over several years, something they never agreed to do in the past!! I am so happy I came to the right people and feel very happy to have them represent me. Specially when I had to go to court, but Robert made me feel at easy and made the whole experience less stressful. Would come back here for any other legal help in the future.

Great law firm to begin with amazing ,and very professional service , staff as way back 2010 we lost of home to foreclosure & after renting out for nearly 1 year and 8 months, we had a letter from them and well me and my godfather decided to give it a try and go consulte with this firm and turns out we had a case ,and chances to recover our home during those long 20 months but we managed to get our home back not only with this help of their professional help & service but at the value of the property a the time and help very well with our bankruptcy and to make our story short we are proud & fully satisfied and happy with the outcome of our case , not only we managed to recover our home , but fully managed to pay it off within 5 years and as off May 16th 2019 it has now been 2 years since our home mortgage has been fully paid of. All I can say from the bottom depths of our heart we are truthfully grateful for their service and professionalism within their field. I honestly would always consider their services to anyone interested in keeping their home when it comes to foreclosure or simply help in any matter when it comes to your home really.
