Everyone at the office was very nice and very professional. Most of the communication was handled via telephone with some email. They had a very easy online method for uploading all necessary documents throughout the process. Mr. Stiberman made sure he had a personal conversation to explain things at least 2 or 3 times before the creditor meeting. All in all, I am very happy with their service, communication, and professionalism. I would highly recommend.
