I am so grateful for Stiberman Law, P.A. In 2019 my husband and were faced with a very difficult decision file for Bankruptcy, unfortunately we weren't able to pay for our credit cards, loans ect.. My husband at the time was sick and I took care of the bills. We had just bought a home and little did we know that the home came with a lot of problems. So, we ended up paying things with our credit cards and taking loans to be able to give my kids a good home that was livable. We were faced with many issues and we were getting behind on our payments. This was the most scariest moment in our lives. We found Stiberman Law , we came in explained our situation and in a matter of days, weeks we were relief from creditors calls , court mail ect.... In retrospect, this was one of the scariest decisions we have ever made, but at the end was all worth it! This Law firm is extremely Professional and very dependable. The team is always willing to answer any questions or concerns. You will not regret it!!!!

I am so thankful I found this office after looking for a bankruptcy attorney near me. Robert met with me and took his time to go over my situation to see if bankruptcy was an option. He explained the entire process and from the first day I knew I was in good hands. His office and assistants are very friendly and helped get all of my paperwork. Robert always answered all of my questions and he made sure I was prepared when we had court. My case went exactly as he explained and I'm so thankful Im debt free and don't have to deal with constant collection calls.

Was looking for bankruptcy lawyers and Mr Stiberman was close. Unfortunately unlike his website says, I did not get a free consultation with a lawyer. Instead his paralegal talked with me. Told me what she thinks and to pay, that was it. Glad I got other opinions because I actually talked with a few actual lawyers from other practices which explained things a little better for me and tried to get me the best possible outcome. if i could give this law firm 000 stars I would please be aware of these crooks they are all about there money my friend attempted to hire them from bankruptcy in which they informed her they would file her documents of course with a down payment an a payment plan 4 weeks in nothing was filed to be told that was not the aggrement an they needed all the money upfront. They did give a refund of course after taken a 75.00 dollar fee in all we found another lawyer the same day who took the same 500 dollars that was given to this law firm an has filed all documents in less then a week how would like to have a garnishment happening an about to lose your home not able to pay your bills they are completely heartlesd an worthless law firm
