Mr. Baron did a great job representing my company in a case against a marketing company that breached its contract to give my company marketing leads. We prevailed and obtained a money judgment, and the defendant company then incredibly refused to pay the judgment debt. Mr. Baron then went after the defendant's assets, garnishing its bank account, and the bank had to pay us the judgment debt PLUS attorney's fees, court costs, and interest.

Mr. Baron represented my company when it was wrongfully sued by someone who blamed my company for something a different company had done. Mr. Baron did a great job of representing me in a lawsuit against me by an insurance company that sued me after someone else driving my car caused an accident. The insurance company went after me for the money that they had allegedly paid to other other driver. After Mr. Baron kept pounding the insurance company for documentation for their claim, they eventually gave up and dropped the lawsuit against me. A hothead Florida state trooper was sicced on me by a dishonest Publix manager, his best friend. The trooper and an accomplice physically attacked me and illegally arrested me. Disregarding his oath to obey the law. Both the Publix manager and the trooper refused to take responsibility for their crimes. In addition, Publix corporation absolutely failed ethically to admit their employee's crime or to do the right thing after, under the belief that the law does not apply to them. Mr. Baron hung in there through all of their delaying tactics and their lies and eventually obtained a settlement. I commend Mr. Baron. He is an honest lawyer. It is very difficult to go up against police who break the law.
