I had a FLOOD in my rental this last week LAWYER, BLANCA PERPER jumped right on board to SAVE THE DAY!! She felt my stress and urgency as the landlord was holding me hostage, forcing me to stay in my rental when meanwhile they were about to open walls ceilings and floors! My quiet enjoyment was being invaded! Blanca Perper got another counsel on phone and immediately dealt with the landlord, made an agreement to resolve and got my lease broken legally and got my l deposit and June’s rent back in record speed. Great service! Ron helped us put together our living trust in no time. Where other firms were not upfront with their fees Ron was an open book and extremely detailed. After signing Ron was still around to answer questions. Highly recommended!
