Davis, Esq. as the Managing Attorney was a complete nightmare, characterized by incompetence, unprofessionalism, and a shocking lack of integrity. Dameka L. Davis's legal incompetence was evident when she mistakenly overlooked a crucial deadline in my case, requiring my correction. This error underscores her lack of attention to detail and questionable ability to handle legal matters effectively. Upon receiving payment, Dameka L. Davis's demeanor took a drastic turn for the worse. She became solely focused on extracting more money rather than providing genuine legal assistance or support. Charging a hefty $175 just for an initial case discussion, she displayed a clear lack of respect for her clients. One of the biggest challenges I faced was the after-hours emails from Ms. Davis, with the latest one popping up in my inbox at 11:30 at night. I felt like this was unappropriate/unprofessional,this left me feeling overwhelmed and unsettled. Despite my hopes for a positive outcome, Ms. Davis failed to file the necessary documents for my case, leaving me in a precarious position. This lack of follow-through made me question the level of care and attention my case was receiving. To make matters worse, after only reading some court documents/emails on my case.the initial $5000 retainer fee I paid, I requested a refund. Shockingly, Dameka L. Davis callously refused, claiming a no-refund policy and declined to apply the remaining funds to another situation. She promptly closed my file without explanation or justification, leaving me bewildered and out of pocket. Also During our interactions, she frequently juggled conversations with her children, indicating a lack of focus and commitment to clients' cases. The lack of professionalism, exorbitant fees, and refusal to provide a refund or proper closure to my case paints a disturbing and chaotic picture of Davis Legal Center. I strongly caution against engaging their services to avoid the frustration and disappointment I have endured..

I just wanted to openly thank Ms Davis and her team for their hard work and patience. I never had a lawyer listen to me the way she did on a Saturday afternoon. Even when I was frustrated her team remained professional and understanding. Yes of course the outcome was positive at the highest possible level. She handled it like a boss.

I had a FLOOD in my rental this last week LAWYER, BLANCA PERPER jumped right on board to SAVE THE DAY!! She felt my stress and urgency as the landlord was holding me hostage, forcing me to stay in my rental when meanwhile they were about to open walls ceilings and floors! My quiet enjoyment was being invaded! Blanca Perper got another counsel on phone and immediately dealt with the landlord, made an agreement to resolve and got my lease broken legally and got my l deposit and June’s rent back in record speed.
