over promised and under delivery it was definitely not a pleasant experience. In my opinion, this firm performs below my own professional standards and makes me feel that this is not the way a good Christian behaves. In our case, we needed an aggressive attorney and Brian, in my humble opinion, Drop the ball and did not give the lead on the court. Was not helpful proposed and made decisions without counting with us. I do not think this is correct. I recommend that you read the Florida statutes firmly, I find them on your own website. Your firm has made me feel that you have ignored the needs of my family and have not done all the good work that you promised in our first meeting and I am sure that you are qualified to do so. That way of perform does not impress me and I do not think it is impressive for anyone

Misleading and erroneous councel-information is given by this lawfirm to it's clients. They do not inform you properly of your legal rights. They do not care about what is best for their client. We hired this Lawfirm (Brian Paruas and Scott Mager) for a home owners insurance claim. They went against our wishes and direction and negotiated with the insurance company for the claim to go to appraisal. Once confronted about this and told that we did not want to handle the case with appraisal. We where told that "it did not matter what we thougt, or wanted." That we had to comply and participate with the appraisal as it was already invoked by the insurance company. After doing so and having various errors and mishandelings in the process. We decided to do reasearch on our own and we found out that we where never obligated to participate in appraisal as told by this lawfirm. That by Florida Statue we had a right to participate in Alternative Mediation. Saving us thousands of dollars in additional expenses which was our initial complaint. After being confronted about this all they have done is given us the round around and wash their hands of it. They won't even have the professional courtesy to drop the case of their own accord and and wave their fees. They have also aloud the insurance company to mishandle the claim and have done nothing about it. Defenetly not what they sell themselves to be. Stay away!

I am very pleased with The Law office of Mr. Evan Rosen, Esq. He is very professional and communicates well. Also, his knowledge of Bankruptcy is impeccable. I was well represented by Mr. Rosen during whole process. I highly recommend him to anyone.
