As a single mother I had a lot to loose, both she and her staff were very diligent in answering all of my questions, guiding me through the process, and helping me achieve the best outcome possible for my situation! Received a letter from law office today informing my girlfriend and I that they would no longer be repersenting us in a car accident we was involved in. But they strongly recommended that we reach out to another law office because our case "was not without Merritt" and to contact another attorney and obtain the opinion of them. Mr. Brian A Paraus was supposed to be handling this case that has been ongoing since December 2018. We spoke with Mr.Paraus one time after that. The secretary Yani would also never return our calls it took us several months to get paid for the car. Wich we only received a fraction of what it was worth because this law office did nothing. I personally had to call the insurance company to get the ball rolling to collect for the car. They even gave the insurance company the wrong adress so our check was sent elsewhere and at that point I had to the call the insurance company and have the check canceled and resent. They told me Me and my girlfriend we had an open and shut case. They never made any type of attempt to proceed with a settlement for our pain and suffering. As a matter of fact they just never did anything. My girlfriend's brother also hired this law office over 4 years ago for a settlement and they have just recently began to work on it solely because the case is due to be closed soon. If could give this law office negative 50 stars I would. I cannot and will not ever reccomend this law office to anyone not even my worst enemy. If your looking for a lawyer I suggest looking elsewhere if you even want to receive enough money to purchase another car.
